Ryley Council must decide on village office site - Mayor yet to decide if she will run again

RyleyCouncil-PinkShirtDay — Ryley Village Council and administration got into the spirit of Pink Shirt Day, an event to support anti-bullying, by wearing pink shirts at the village council meeting Monday, Feb. 25th. The Village of Ryley must decide on where to have its permanent village office location.

At present, the village office is running out of a residential building after the village office on main street was declared unfit due to mould and other hazards in the basement.

Ryley Mayor Cyndy Heslin said a decision hinges on a hazardous assessment, the results of which are to come to village council’s March meeting.

Funding is also an issue.
