EMS Week barbecue at Tofield Ambulance Station

The displays and demonstrations were part of a barbecue held in honour of EMS Week in Tofield.

The EMS Week barbecue last Friday at the Tofield Ambulance Bay helped the community recognize how fortunate Beaver County is to have emergency medical technicians in their area.

The barbecue was held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. People in the community were able to view displays, partake in demonstrations, get an up close tour of the station, have their blood pressure taken, and meet the EMTs and Paramedics in the community.

Beaver County EMS has 35 emergency medical staff and five board of directors.
