The Coal Creek Golf Resort/Northstar Sports Quad-School tournament this past weekend was co-hosted in Tofield, Ryley, Hay Lakes, and Bawlf.

It expanded to 31 teams this year featuring a 20 team single draw girls tournament, which became the ASAA’s largest single draw basketball tournament in history.

In the girls division, the Ryley Rebels won their 7th title in the last nine years.

The Rebels started slow in the tournament against Ashmont where they trailed as late as the third quarter before rallying with a 61-48 win behind tournament MVP Torey Lauber’s 35 points.
