Rumour coming closer to fruition: Tofield south-west development project more than just talk

“If you build it, they will come,” quoted Town of Tofield Assistant CAO Jeff Edwards from the movie Field of Dreams.

Although we don’t officially know what it is yet, or who is building it, more development seems to be just around the corner for Tofield with the rumoured south-west project nearing finalization off Highway 14 just west of the Esso on 46 Avenue.

“At this point I am confident something will take place,” said Edwards.

“We’re waiting on a few pieces yet from the business owner/developer.”
