Bull Bash in Tofield big success in 2011
April: The Tofield Bull Bash was a resounding success as a first-time event Friday night at the arena.
The stands were jammed with enthusiastic spectators cheering on the riders coming for some dramatic bull riding action, with plenty of chills and spills to keep fans, riders and organizers on their toes.
“It was a huge success,” said Rick Neufeld, with 867 people counted, including the contestants.
“There were 34 contestants, we had so many people enter,” he said.
