Grade 7 student wins spelling Bee

Breanne won by correctly spelling the word “literate.”

She must now write a regional qualifier test of 60 words which will be marked.

If she is one of the top 50 in this qualifying test, she goes on to compete in the Edmonton Journal Northern Alberta Regional Spelling Bee in Edmonton on Feb. 18.
