Yoga at C.W. Sears to be filmed

C.W. Sears School will present Yoga Submarine from Kindergarten to Grade 4 as part of their physical education program.

Yoga submarine is designed by a certified youth yoga instructor and an experienced Alberta teacher, who customize their programs for each school’s needs.
