The Sixth Annual Sweetheart Splash at the Ryley Community Centre Saturday night provided a chance to enjoy an evening with your sweetheart while helping the Beaver Heritage and Agricultural Society raise money for the Ryley Pool and Wellness Centre.

The evening featured a five-course meal catered by Grethe’s Kitchen, served to the music of two local pianists, Ben Lien and Brady Hammond. A silent and live auction allowed those attending to browse at many donated articles for sale, all in the good cause of keeping the pool going for another year.

The event featured fun for the kids, too, with free babysitting downstairs for children five years and under, and a free kids’ pool party at the Ryley Pool for children six years and older.
