Satellites’ grip on first place down to 1/2 game after road loss to Daysland

Tofield Satellites dropped to 7-2 after a 6-2 loss at Daysland Arena on Wednesday evening to the Northstars (6-2).

Tofield got down early and could never recover in the final two periods although the game was closer than the score indicated.

Satellites are on the road against the league’s top defensive team on Friday at Big Valley.

Then on Sunday, Daysland is in Tofield at 6:30 which is setting up to be a game to decide first place, at least temporarily.
