Northstars slip by Satellites 3-2 to claim a share of first place with Tofield

It could have been a classic game but the referee kept a chain-gang of Satellites heading to the penalty box all game long, and it knocked the BRHL’s top team out of sync and ultimately contributed to its 3-2 loss to visiting Daysland Northstars at Tofield Arena, Sunday evening.

The win gave Daysland (8-2) a share of first place, which the Satellites (8-3) have enjoyed having hold of all season long.
