Satellites overcome two 3-goal deficits to tie Hardisty Stampeders – but lose in final minutes

Tofield Satellites were down 3-0 in the first period and 6-3 early in the third but came back to tie the game against Hardisty Stampeders in Battle River Hockey League action on Friday evening at Tofield Arena.

Unfortunately the Stamps scored late in the third to take a 7-6 victory over Tofield before the Satellites’ largest crowd of the season, approaching 200 people.

A alumni game preceded the game against Hardisty and was well attended by former Satellites.
