Tofield’s Cooper McLaren competes in steer wrestling at Nationals in Wyoming

Tofield’s own Cooper McLaren is competing this week in the 65th annual National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR) in steer wrestling.

The rodeo runs from July 14-20 at Rock Springs, Wyoming.

McLaren, who graduated from Grade 12 just last month, brings some cred with his competition as last year’s steer wrestling champion in the Canadian High School Rodeo Finals held in Virden, Man.
