Celebrate Community donations offer hope and help

The Celebrate Community Dinner was indeed a time to celebrate the good works of many helping hands making all kinds of good things possible.

“What a team we have and our team just keeps getting bigger,” marvelled organizer Yvonne Brown. The event was held in conjunction with the Health Foundation Dinner Friday evening. Brown presented the foundation with $625 for its part in the fundraiser.

The highlight for those attending was the reports on volunteers who offer hope in so many ways, both big and small, to those less fortunate or in need of a helping hand.
