“Crazy Country Cooks” honoured at foundation Christmas dinner

The Tofield and Area Health Foundation netted over $1,600 at its annual Christmas dinner while offering an evening of good food and entertainment.

The turkey dinner with all the trimmings ended with delicious desserts, followed by entertainment from the Tofield School of Dance. The dancers offered a sneak peek of their own Christmas concert to be held on Dec. 8, including musical theatre, lyrical interpretation and comedy ballet sets.

Yvonne Brown, on behalf of Busy B, announced various donations to the community, including $300 to the dance club and $300 to the Tofield Satellites, which would go towards a silver sponsorship.
