Town and Country Bonspiel attracts 15 teams to Tofield Curling Club

The Town and Country Bonspiel was held at the Tofield Curling Club from Friday, Jan. 10 to Sunday, Jan. 12.

Fifteen teams participated, which organizer Dawn Sihlis said was a good turnout.

“We have a 15-team draw, which is pretty good considering the ice was out last year.”

Local curlers had to find other venues for curling last season since the ice making equipment needed to be replaced at the Tofield Curling Club.
