Taylor LeClaire competes at Nationals for second year

Taylor LeClaire stands proud of her own personal achievements persevering despite injuries that might have sidelined another figure skater.

She and pairs partner, Christopher Mostert, competed in National competitions for the second year in a row Jan. 13-15 in Ottawa.

The two had won bronze together at Nationals last year in Missassauga, Ont., and headed off with high hopes of once again scoring a medal at the 2014 Canadian Tire National Skate Canada Championships.

Although giving everything she had, and making her home town of Tofield proud, Taylor and her partner were unable to medal this time around.
