Health Foundation Valentine’s Dinner raises nearly $2 grand

The Tofield and Area Health Foundation Dinner was held Friday night at the Community Hall with delicious food and fun desserts for all to enjoy.

Although everyone is bound to miss long-time kitchen organizer and cook Margaret Stutzman and her merry band of volunteers, this first dinner of the new year featured a new cooking crew under the guidance of Lee Watson.

Stutzman had retired from the job after helping to raise many thousands of dollars for the foundation.

Organizer Yvonne Brown said finding another volunteer group to replace her was a “miracle.”
