MP Benoit has yet to decide if he will run in new riding

Vegreville-Wainwright MP Leon Benoit has yet to decide if he will run for an eighth term in the next federal election.

For one thing, the riding boundaries are going to change for that election, expected in 2015.

In case he decides to make another run for office, the MP has been residing with his wife, Linda, in Sherwood Park for the past three years.

“I certainly won’t be your representative unless you live in the County of Strathcona in the next election,” he said, sounding a bit nostalgic at the town hall meeting he held in Tofield Saturday.
