12 vie for best dressed cowboy and cowgirl

This year, the Best Dressed Western (Under 10) contest at the Tofield Sodbuster Promenade Friday night featured 12 contestants vying to be the Best Dressed Western Cowboy and Cowgirl. Ravenhill Agencies Ltd. sponsors the event every year.

The winners received a $25 gift certificate from James Built Saddlery Ltd. The event was held in the Tofield Community Hall Friday evening.

Yvonne Stewart and Brenda Clark of Ravenhill Agencies congratulated the 2014 winners of the contest, which were Jimmy Ellis, 5, of Tofield as the Best Dressed Cowboy and Charlotte Douglas, 5, of Kingman as the Best Dressed Cowgirl. Clark also took some time to talk with the contestants prior to the judging.
