Tofield Lions Club’s 12 Annual Show ‘n’ Shine coming Aug. 4 long weekend

Tofield Lions Club will be hosting its 12th Annual Heritage Classic Show ‘n’ Shine on Mon., Aug. 4 of the long weekend.

Main Street will be the site of classic and antique vehicles of all makes and models. Participants will be registering and setting up from 10:30 a.m. until the show be-gins at high noon and ends at 3 p.m. Any locals who want to pre-register can sign up at Napa.

The day kicks off with a pancake breakfast from 8:30 until 11 a.m. at the Seniors Drop-In Centre.

Organizers Darryl Romaniuk and Tom Warawa are expecting a large number of entrants as the Show ‘n’ Shine seems to get larger every year.

“Entrants come from near and far,” said Romaniuk.
