New Lions playground damaged by graffiti vandals

“Each one of us, no matter our age, has a responsibility towards the upkeep of our community,” said a disheartened Tofield Assistant CAO Jeff Edwards after discovering the latest abomination of graffiti in Tofield.

Nothing has been sacred this year it seems for these vandals; not seniors homes, not churches, not recreational facilities, not businesses, or any public property.

The latest victim was the fantastic new playground facilities the Town recently constructed on Main Street, providing safe and modern equipment for children while saluting the dedication and hard work of the local Lions Club.
