Holden School Presents “A Charlie Brown Christmas”

The Holden School presented “A Charlie Brown Christmas” to delighted audiences at two performances on Thursday, Dec. 11. Between the scenes from the play, where Charlie Brown tries to discover the true meaning of Christmas with Snoopy and his friends, students sang many beautiful Christmas songs. Santa Claus was also on hand along with many beautifully dressed characters. The nativity scene was the finale for the concert as the Grade 4 Class snags “What Child Is This.” Some students dressed in colourful Victorian period costumes. At the end of the play, Charlie Brown and friends are finally able to feel the spirit of Christmas as they sing a song together.
