Tofield Pee Wees win 2015 league Championship
It’s been a banner year for the Tofield Pee Wee Titans after clinching the League Championship in front of a home crowd Saturday by defeating Sedgewick 4-2 in the two-game final.
On Friday night, the score was 2-1 for Sedgewick. The Titans had to win Saturday by two goals to take the Championship banner, and they did!
Adding to the honour is the fact the team will be representing Zone 7 when it hosts the Pee Wee ‘C’ Provincial Hockey Championships March 19-22 with eight teams from across Alberta participating.
In December the team won their own Pat Donnan Memorial Tournament.
