Tofield Grad class celebrates milestone event
The Tofield graduation class of 2015 received a huge celebration send-off from their school, friends and family Friday night at “the house” ministry.
It was a chance to celebrate the Grade 12 students’ achievements in reaching this special milestone, as well as an opportunity to reminisce about the many experiences and events that have helped to shape them as people while growing up.
Jeff Manchak performed as Master of Ceremonies, noting that this was a smaller class of only 30 students, but said they “left an indelible impression” as “truly one of the most remarkable (group) of students…We’re here to celebrate their hard work and dedication.”
Special guests attending that evening included school trustee Rebecca Heiberg, Brett Huculak on behalf of the Battle River School Division, Deb Dueck on behalf of the Town of Tofield, and Reeve Kevin Smook on behalf of Beaver County… For more see the May 12/15 Mercury. Also photo page!
