Repairs underway for damage caused by leaky hall roof

A leak in the Tofield Community Hall’s roof means the men’s bathroom will be closed for the time being while repairs are underway.

Vanita Eglauer, Recreation Facility Coordinator for the Town of Tofield, said there is no time line as to how long the repairs will take.

This is the reason for the cancellation of the last Tofield Farmers’ Market, she said. As well, Kidspot wasn’t able to meet in the hall last Tuesday. However, both events will be able to continue now that the bathroom has been closed off.
