Former CAO of Lamont County Allan Harvey new CAO of Beaver Emergency Services Commission

The former Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Lamont County Allan Harvey has been appointed Interim CAO with Beaver Emergency Services Commission (BESC) and has been asked to prepare a report on what he sees as the best way for the Commission to move into the future.

CAO Harvey is joined by two consultants from

Emergency Response Management Consulting (ERMC) to review the overall structure of BESC and set out recommendations in a report.

CAO Harvey said he will be spending two to three days a week at the BESC offices in Viking studying the structure of the Commission.

He says he plans to basically have a look at the organization and prepare a report on his findings. In that report he hopes to be able to offer sound advice on what direction the Commission should take to render the best service to all residents in the coverage area of Beaver County.
