Tofield girl, 8, to perform in “The Nutcracker” at Jubilee Auditorium

At the tender age of eight, a Tofield girl has been cast to perform in the “The Nutcracker” to be held Dec. 11-13 at the Jubilee Auditorium.

She was chosen out of about 40 children to be one of the giant mice in the production after her grandmother May Korobko took her to the audition.

Both May and Brooke’s mother, Jenn, are very proud of their little protege.

“They have a full mouse costume,” said Jenn. “She is one of three kids dancing in all six performances,” over a three day period.
