Ride for Dad reps attend Promenade – invite community to stop in Tofield Saturday
The members of the Ride for Dad event, which raises funds in the fight against prostate cancer, will be rolling through Tofield this coming Saturday.
And it promises to be quite an event with upwards of 1,200 motorcycles, weather dependent, stopping on main street to meet and greet with the crowd expected to be on hand for the occasion.
This is the first year the fundraiser will be passing through Tofield and organizers are hoping to make it an annual event.
Two representatives of the Ride for Dad out of Edmonton attended the Tofield Sodbuster Promenade on Friday night to display information about their group and raise awareness that they are coming through this Saturday, June 11.
