Tofield Sodbuster pulls out all stops

The Tofield Sodbuster Rodeo entertained the crowd and rodeo community for another year as cowboys and cowgirls descended upon Tofield for the weekend, June 1-3.

Among the regular events – bareback, tie-down roping, junior steer riding, junior bull riding, steer wrestling, saddle bronc, team roping, bull riding, barrel racing – was the fun event of mutton bustin’ for kids during intermission.

Earl Anderson of Medicine Lodge was once again a riot, making sure to keep the crowd entertained with his antics.

With the weather cooperating, the bleachers were well attended, with some of the community even taking in the slack on Friday.
