Smiles and laughs at the Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School (VBS) has been organized by the Tofield Alliance, Bardo Lutheran and Tofield Community churches for as long as anyone can remember.

For one week every summer children from ages three to 12 participate in games, crafts, snacks, storytelling and bible challenges.

This year VBS started Monday, July 16 and concluded on Friday, July 20.

Each day the program ran for two hours from 9 a.m.

The program rotates its locations between the three churches and this year it was held at Bardo Lutheran Church.

According to Kevin Langager, Pastor of Bardo Lutheran church, with a new location comes a new theme, and the theme for this year was Splash Canyon, relating to multiple stories within the Bible about water.
