Tofield’s Kevin Smook gathering momentum

Nominations for the Alberta Party, including Tofield businessman and Beaver County Councillor Kevin Smook, will open on Nov. 3 and close on Nov. 17.

Smook has a contingent of supporters who will nominate the local candidate as he attempts to become the Alberta Party representative to run in the Camrose Riding in the Spring 2019 Provincial election.

After all other nominations are made, the Alberta Party will choose its candidate at the Nomination Meeting on Saturday, Dec. 1 in Camrose.

In order to vote for Smook, locals will have to purchase Alberta Party memberships for only $1 either online or through the nominee himself at: https:// www.albertaparty.ca/membership.

Voting Smook is only available to people residing in the newly drawn Camrose Riding, which includes the City of Camrose, most of Beaver County and most of Flagstaff County. . . . contd.
