Lindbrook gas station broken into for the second time this year
During the past week Tofield RCMP responded to 47 calls for service. Included in the calls for service were four motor vehicle collisions.
On March 11, a resident of Tofield reported a theft from their account. The caller advised someone had taken money from their account likely using his bank card. RCMP are waiting for video of the withdrawals.
On March 11, a resident of Holden reported they had been the victim of a break and enter. The caller advised there were several items missing from her property. RCMP attended and located some of the items which were indicated as being stolen. The file is still under investigation.
On March 12, a resident of Tofield was called by RCMP in regards to his licence plate and vehicle. The person’s vehicle was still at his residence in Tofield however his licence plate had been stolen and placed on another vehicle which was involved in a high speed pursuit in Wainwright. The licence plate was recovered on March 13 in Unity, Saskatchewan.
On March 12, Tofield RCMP and Beaver County Emergency Services responded to a semi rollover on Hwy. 14. The driver and dog were both injured and taken for treatment. The semi-trailer was loaded with sheep most of which were alive. . . . contd.
