West Beaver County blessed with recreation

Whether wanting the whole camping experience or interested in day trips, the Beaver County area is full of lakes and wetlands, parks, campsites and staging areas.

Now that summer is here, residents are taking advantage of all there is to offer in the area.

Just 20 km NW of Tofield is the Cooking Lake Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area, and within that is the Islet Lake Staging area.
