Bantams lose to Redwater 8-4, tie with Camrose

Tofield Tier 3 Atoms (8-0-0) defeated Ponoka 9-6 on Saturday at Tofield Arena. The game was tied up three times in the first frame, and after Tofield took the lead in the middle period Ponoka got to within one of tying the contest three times before Tofield put the game away late in the third. Hudson Lungal scored 7-goals for Tofield. Other scorers were; Will Potratz (3a), Logan Suchy (2a), Declan Girard (1g), and Lane Dehid (1g). Everett Zilkie got the win in goal for Tofield. Hudson Lungal has 40g and 48 pts to lead the league in scoring by 20 points in only 8GP.

Tofield Tier 6 Atoms (2-2-0) beat Maskwacis 5-0 on Saturday at Tofield Arena. Tofield outshot the visitors 22-7 in the game. Gabriel Thorson scored four goals for Tofield, with Colton Munson scoring the other. Steven Cardinal and Gavin Lutz picked up assists. Austin Schmick got the shutout in goal.

Tofield Tier 4 Peewees (6-2-1) won an 8-3 home game against Smoky Lake on Saturday. Kowyn Laschowski (2g 2a), Sam Stephen (1g 3a) and Carter Olson (1g 3a) each had four-point games. Other scorers were; Jorden Suchy (2a), Zachery McFadzean (1g), Ethan Turnbull (1g), Parker Stewart-Cantin (1g), and Cash Cross (1g). Jacob Bigney got the win in goal. . . . contd.
