“It was a great weekend for the Initiation players of ages four to seven, and for many it was their first so the excitement was high,” said Ashley Bernes, Tofield Minor Hockey Initiation Director. “It was successful because of all the hard work and team effort put in by all the parents and coaches and all the hockey families. We’re grateful for all our sponsors and a huge shoutout to the arena staff especially for all the support and cooperation.”

Bernes said that she had received a lot of positive feedback from the visiting teams, which reflects strongly about the great community here in Tofield. . . . contd.
