Lindbrook shopkeeper fights on, will appeal charges

Lindbrook shopkeeper, Hemla Wilson was recently charged regarding mask bylaw enforcement, but she is not willing to accept them, and is scheduled to appeal all counts when due for court.

There’s been an ensuing tug-of-war between Wilson, Tofield RCMP, and AHS officials.

“They have given us these tickets under the guise of education,” she said. “What they have been engaging in is malicious trespass; when we have asked for evidence around these measures that they’re trying to enforce, they have been unable to provide us with any semblance of evidence!”
