Red Deer College changes to polytechnic

Red Deer College is changing to a polytechnic, the province announced earlier in May.

Polytechnic status in Alberta enables institutions to offer apprenticeship education along with degree, diploma, and certificate programs, similar to NAIT and SAIT.
