“Community to be my focus” says Tofield Councillor Chehade

The Town of Tofield councillors were re-elected by acclamation earlier this month, and as they begin their new term, councillor Brenda Chehade said that community and serving on community boards would be her top priorities.

In my next four years I am looking forward to continuing with the work I have been doing on the boards I serve on,” she explained. “I sit on community boards like the Tofield and Area Health Services Foundation; the Community Attraction and Retention Committee; the Welcome Initiative along with some others. I feel the work we do on these committees is very important for the town of Tofield and the surrounding areas.”

Chehade feels strongly that the retention of the community’s healthcare professionals is very important to the health of everyone who lives here in Tofield and the neighbouring areas. . . . contd.
