Three men suspected of stealing items from Canadian Tire stores in Wetaskiwin

Wetaskiwin RCMP is seeking public assistance to track down a trio of suspects believed to be involved in a theft at Canadian Tire.

In a March 19 news release, police say that on March 8, around 10 a.m., three suspects accessed locked shelves containing powered hand tools and stole a significant amount of power tools under their clothing.

Police believe they left the scene in a grey Chrysler Pacifica.

Descriptions of the suspects are as follows:

Suspect one is an elderly-looking male with white hair and a mustache. He was wearing a plaid scarf, black vest over, and blueish-grey sweatshirt. He was wearing a black and white ball cap with a small, off-set logo.

Suspect two is a middle-aged male with a dark beard. He was wearing the same scarf with the vest over a blueish-grey sweatshirt. He also had on a black and grey ball cap and what appeared to be auto-darkening glasses.

Suspect three is a middle-aged male with a dark beard. He is wearing a bright red puffy coat and a black hat with a circular logo on the front.

Wetaskiwin RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying the suspect responsible.
