Satellites win decisively 6-2 over defending champs from Daysland to take 2-0 BRHL championship series lead

Tofield Satellites took a 2-0 best-of-seven BRHL finals series lead against defending champion Daysland North Stars Sunday evening with a 6-2 victory at Tofield Arena.

Although Daysland was in the game, Tofield showed it had more finishers and capitalized on chances time and again. As well, Christopher Roy was far more reliable in goal than either of the North Stars’ netminders who shared duties on this evening.

Game three will be in Daysland on Saturday evening at 8:30 pm, and game four will be in Tofield Arena on Sunday at 6:30 pm.
