Dr. Abuzehar recruited to join Tofield practice at end of month

A new doctor is coming to Tofield within the month, Cyndy Heslin, Chair of the Tofield and Area Health Foundation, announced on Tuesday, Aug. 2.

Heslin said that Dr. Abuzehar has signed a contract with the Tofield Medical Clinic.

Dr. Abuzehar came to Tofield on Thursday, July 28 and met with Dr. Hackett to discuss the Tofield Medical Clinic and to meet members of the health foundation for lunch.

The long-serving Dr. Hackett has moved into the Tofield Medical Clinic and will be sharing the clinic with this new third doctor to join the other two practicing in the community. Dr. Muneer owns his own clinic after purchasing the Toliver Building.
