Unsuccessful attempt to break and enter Tofield Fairgrounds and Curling Rink

The Tofield RCMP responded to 42 occurrences from Nov. 2 to 8, 2020 (inclusive). Also included in these calls for service was 10 traffic complaints, one false alarm and traffic enforcement provided by the K Division Traffic Unit.

On Nov. 2, Tofield RCMP responded to a report of a domestic assault in rural Beaver County. RCMP responded and managed to speak to parties involved and both were separated for the day without further incident.

On Nov. 2, Tofield RCMP responded to a complaint fence posts stolen from a residence in Tofield. RCMP were able to determine that suspects had attended the residence and stolen a number of posts, in the process, damaging property at the scene. This file is still under investigation.

On Nov. 2, Tofield RCMP responded to a complaint at a local school as a number of youths were identified as being involved in damaging property and causing mischief in the evening hours. . . . contd.
