Trailer fire in Beaver County, occupants exit without injuries

The Tofield RCMP responded to 37 occurrences from Feb. 1-7, 2021 (inclusive). Also included in these calls for service was thirteen traffic complaints, two motor vehicle collisions with wildlife and traffic enforcement provided by the K Division Traffic Unit.

On Feb. 1, Tofield RCMP responded to a commercial break and enter in Beaver County. RCMP arrived on scene and found that a number of tires were stolen from an unlocked cube van on scene. This file is still under investigation.

On Feb. 1, Tofield RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint in Ryley. RCMP attended and located vehicle which was confirmed to be a business owner doing nightly neighbourhood watch patrols. We appreciate the support!

On Feb. 2, Tofield RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint in Tofield. RCMP located the 2006 black Honda Accord and attempted a traffic stop although the vehicle fled. This file is still under investigation. . . . contd.
