Tofield Lions Club seeks funding for pump track
The Tofield Lions Club is fundraising for a pump track in town, and is asking for support from various local municipalities and organizations.
“We’ve set the budget at $150,000 after studying similar projects in other communities like ours,” said Club Secretary and Project Chair Dan Hillyer. “We are in the final stages of lining up the funds we need to complete the project. The contractor is booked for the summer months, and we’re hoping to have shovels in the ground by September.”
