Mother of 21-year old killed on Hwy. 14 becomes road safety advocate
Saskatchewan resident Christine Gibson and mother of 21-year-old Curtis Exner never thought she would receive the call. But she did on Sunday, Jan. 16, that her son had been involved in a fatal accident with a truck pulling a trailer on Hwy. 14. The accident happened at the intersection of Hwy. 14 and Range. Road 220.
“Curtis had been offered a new position with Ecopest in Edmonton and was thrilled for this new chapter in his life,” Gibson recalled. “I remember our conversation.
