Tofield Satellites maintained its firm grip on first place in the Battle River Hockey League (BRHL) with a 7-4 home victory over Irma Aces on Saturday to avenge its only loss of the season.

Tofield got to Irma goalie Tyler Soucy, after he stoned the Satellites a week prior.

Satellites’ high powered offence continued its prominence by scoring early and often, gaining a 4-1 lead only 6:02 into the middle frame.
