On March 29, the Tofield Minor Hockey Association held their Annual Awards Night. This is an evening when all of the teams are able to celebrate their accomplishments with the whole association and recognize some well deserving players for their individual achievements.

Tofield RCMP deals with car thefts and disturbances
On Sunday, April 1, three males were arrested after being apprehended in a vehicle that had earlier been stolen out of Edmonton.
Couple dies while standing on tracks near Tofield – Man, 65, and woman, 57, succumb to their injuries after making no apparent attempt to avoid train
A man and woman died shortly after 11 p.m. on April 3 when they were struck by a train northwest of Tofield. A 65-year man and a 57-year-old woman are deceased but Tofield RCMP are not releasing their names at this time.
