On August 15, 2013 the ALERT Green Team North and members of the Tofield RCMP, conducted a Controlled Drugs & Substances Act search warrant on a rural property north of Lindbrook, Ab (Approx 10 km North/West of Tofield Alberta).

The community is used to seeing his face in the performance of his duty and volunteering for worthy causes. But the official service is done as of last Friday for Tofield Detachment Commander Sgt. Jim Warren, who took his retirement after over 40 years of service in the RCMP.

Tofield RCMP deal with impaireds and explosions

On Aug. 31, Tofield RCMP issued a roadside suspension and vehicle seizure to a motorist who failed a breathalizer.

RCMP received a report Aug. 31 of a truck theft that had occurred overnight in Tofield. The vehicle was subsequently located in Edmonton on Sept. 3 and returned to its owner.

RCMP report fatal single vehicle rollover north of Tofield

A young Tofield man was involved in a single vehicle rollover that took his life on Sunday, Aug. 26.

Sgt. Jim Warren re-ports that the accident was discovered about 5 a.m. that day when someone reported a vehicle upside down in the ditch.
