MLA Jackie Lovely visits CW Sears School
This past Friday, Dec. 3, MLA Jackie Lovely visited Tofield’s CW Sears School to record a book – Eloise The Dragon Hunter – with Principal Adam Madsen for the students.
“I just wanted to share some Christmas joy with the kids with everything going virtual, including the concerts!” Lovely said. “Adam and I read the book outside, and then dedicated it to the school library, so that all students would have the chance to read the book again themselves.
“The book is written by an Alberta mother-and-daughter team about the writer’s daughter/granddaughter., and the message is about friendship.”
Lovely had also invited the elementary school students to create Christmas greeting cards for Christmas Card Art Contest. . . . contd.
