Kevin Smook seeking UCP nomination

Former Alberta Party member Kevin Smook will be seeking nomination for the United Conservative Party (UCP) in the Camrose constituency.

“We need a strong voice for rural Alberta,” Smook said. “We need someone who works for the people and understands that you are the boss!”

Currently the Beaver County Reeve, Smook’s political career spans more than eight years serving on the Beaver County Council. He was elected in 2013 and acclaimed in the 2017 and 2021 municipal elections. Council also elected him as Reeve in 2014, and he is deeply entrenched in the community serving on many boards.
